ISRM-Background:

The active debate relating to research philosophies and the role of theory in IS research methods has entered a crucial phase. Information Systems sit at the crossroads of many disciplines and researchers often find themselves caught in the intersection of differing philosophical viewpoints of research. We now expect to engage in a critical analysis of the phenomenon under study and to triangulate our findings with both rigour and relevance.

The aim of ISRM is to bring together IS academics and researchers to exchange perspectives on a holistic range of substantive issues in USA journal publishing

The ISRM Co-chair invite quality submissions and is designed to be highly interactive with short 15 minute presentations and extensive discussions.

Submission & Date:

A 500 word abstract which outlines innovative approaches or issues related to research methods should be submitted for REVIEW by October 13, 2006.

Submissions to:  Karen Patten or Ray Hackney
